Unable to retrieve my data

Hi,

I'm exiting user from Enpass V5. I have query as below.

1) Company update V5 to V6 but did not inform user in advance.

2) I lost my data in V5 which I did not have back up to anywhere.

3) How to get back my data in V5?

Please assist in this matter.
