Erro ao abrir o Enpass em Windows 10

Sempre trabalhou bem o Enpass em Windows 10 e agora de repente não consigo entrar porque me dá sempre o erro que mostro em anexo.

Já tentei reinstalar e a mensagem que me deu foi que já estava instalado.

Depois desinstalei e voltei a instalar mas o erro presiste.

 

 

Qual a solução? Já pedi ajuda a algum tempo para o support mas até hoje nada de respostas ou soluções.

I have a similar problem, the program does not open and this error appears ... but I have Windows 7 32 bit
