Importing from Dashlane issue

Featured Replies

Importing from dashlane doesnt work as it should. When I import passwords from dashlane Enpass names them all Card #### instead of website name. And of course if I visit facebook there are no login for facebook becase those cards are called Card and not Facebook.com (as it should be I think). This makes me not wanna use Enpass.

Fix?

Hi @thad

Thanks for stopping by and writing to us.

Unfortunately, the CSV file exported by Dashlane is not well structured enough to be imported clean enough to match our expectations. That's why data imported in Enpass looks like this.

However, the best workaround at the moment is to import Dashlane Data into Enpass via Generic CSV/DSV import. For more details please have a look at user manual

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
