Touch ID not working when I open app

Thanks for using Enpass. We regret the inconvenience.

Please let us know the following details so we can help you better:

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?
  • Did you make changes in the Touch ID under device settings recently after which you don't see an option to unlock with Touch ID?
  • Do you remember your master password?
  • Are you able to access all your data on any other device?
