How to change / modify / edit program icon

The icon on my Windows 10 installation is just a white keyhole. I can't find the executable to change the icon like in other normally installed programs.

I'm trying to change it to the website icon... white keyhole surrounded by a blue circular background. 

 

Any help would be appreciated
