I had to re-install enpass from the WIN10 store, but always get the error message 0xC0EA000A when the store tries to get the license.

Any idea how to fix it?

any "classic" hints like wsreset did not help

Hi @my2ct,

Welcome to the forums!

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

  • Press Windows key and R key together to open the Run Window.
  • Typewsreset.exe and press Enter key for the command to execute.

You can also run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps:

  • In the search box, type troubleshooting.
  • Click on view all and select Windows store app.
  •  Click next and follow the instruction.

If the problem still persists, please try to make a new User Account and try installing Enpass in the new user account and let us know if that works.
