Das_Schaf Posted June 9, 2020 Report Posted June 9, 2020 Using Enpass with Windows Hello (camera) can be difficult when you are using multiple screens, e.g. a laptop and an external monitor. You have keep your eyes pointing towards your camera to unlock with Windows Hello. If the Windows Hello dialogue is shown on a second screen you cannot simply click the Hello "OK" button by turning your line of sight towards the dialogue. Turning your head will instantly telling Windows Hello to deny your request although you already had been authorized by looking into the camera.
