Skimps Posted September 23, 2017 Report Posted September 23, 2017 Attempting to purchase upgrade to pro shows the purchase dialog then gives error after I accept. I used it heavily on my old windows phone and now dozens of my passwords are behind the error. Been waiting for a reply from support all day. I’m rather close from just sending my business elsewhere.

We suggest you to also contact the AppStore support team as they can better look through all the issues related to payment and in-app purchases. Cheers!
Skimps Posted September 25, 2017 Author Report Posted September 25, 2017 I've replied to the enpass and apple support teams with a screen recording... Enpass support ignored it and sent back a canned response.
