To Kö Posted September 17, 2020 Report Posted September 17, 2020 (edited) Hello, I'm trying to setup enpass on a new iPhone SE with iOS 14. When I install enpass, sync my cloud data and so on, everything is ok. First I'm getting only 10 items, then I try to unlock Enpass as an allready registered user .... usually thats no problem, I've done this often. I get the OTP Code by Email, enter the code in the app, but then I'm getting an "Unknown Error" ... is this a Problem with iOS 14? Edited September 17, 2020 by To Kö
Pratyush Sharma Posted September 18, 2020 Report Posted September 18, 2020 Hi @To Kö, This could be a temporary glitch. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet while submitting the OTP. If the issue resurfaces, please share the Enpass version and the device model. Thanks.
