I had enpass for a while now 
but like in the first time using 
they just want a password 
then now 
i reset my laptop 
and now after i download it 

the ask me to like recover it from google drive or one drive 
and i've tried that and nothing 
it's i have never had an account there 

so how can i resolve this issue 
please help i have some sensitive passwords there

Being an offline password manager, Enpass saves data locally on the device, and in case if you have enabled sync, the same file is encrypted and stored into a particular cloud.

So please let us know are you using any cloud to sync data? Also, let us know have you have taken the backup of Enpass data before reset.
