OneDrive Sync Error (code 504035)?

Dear all,

upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case.

AppvnI already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. Does not make a difference, though, I still get the same error message.

How can I set up the sync again?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please let us know If you had recently changed the password of your OneDrive account? If yes, then please follow these steps:

  • Open your default browser and sign-in with OneDrive using the current password.
  • Now open Enpass and sync again with the OneDrive.

If this doesn't help, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  • On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using on each device?
