Master password not recognized after Big Sur upgrade

Hi @Marc Estrin,

Welcome to the forums!

Please let us know if you have synced your Enpass data with any of the clouds or using Enpass on any other device? If yes, please reinstall Enpass again using the same email account from which you purchased/registered the Enpass app and then restore the data from the cloud or using the backup file.
