2uk Posted March 12, 2018 Report Share Posted March 12, 2018 I purchased the enpass pro version on my Apple mac and its runs ok. Also synchonised with my Sony Android Z2 no problem so far. Synchronising from Google drive. Now I changed phone from Android to Apple Iphone 6 iOS 11.2.6. Downloaded Enpass from App-store and started. Choose : Known User. Choose restore from Google drive. Restore works but Enpass does not recognize me as Pro user. I am restricted for 20 items. I tried also Upgrade Enpass -> Already purchased. The little wheel keeps turning ( internet works well) and does not accept my request. What to do to get my pro status back on my Iphone? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
