Nextcloud Sync Broken through iOS app (error 1308403)

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've been trying to sync a new vault using nextcloud, Windows, and iOS.

Creating a new vault and syncing it with Nexclout using only the Windows client appears to work fine.

I can also connect the iOS app to it. However, after entering the vault's password the sync fails with error code 1308403.

At this point, the Windows client still works and does not show any errors. If the local copy of the vault is now removed from the Windows client and resynced from the cloud, the same error appears on the Windows client.

I did not see any healing. I've reinstalled the iOS app and deleted the Enpass folder from the cloud multiple times. I did see the same behavior with/without 2FA, the regular nextcloud user credentials, and individual nextcloud app passwords for the Windows and iOS client.

++++ update

Using WebDAV appears to show the same behavior, although with error code 908403. Since 08403 appears in both error codes, I'd assume that the reason is the same while 9 and 13 encode the type of connection.

++++

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
