Enpass6-beta-setup-6.0.0.72 crashes

Dear Enpass team,

I'm trying to use the Enpass6-beta-setup-6.0.0.72 for Windows, and it crashes immediately when launched.

How can I install and run Enpass without crash?

I'm currently running the Enpass 5 without issues.

OS: Windows 10 Pro, version 1803, OS build 17134.165

HDW: Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 5th generation

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

We have tested this issue in our lab with the same OS version and everything works fine. Could you please try re-installing the app if you haven't tried it yet and check if it works?

If the problem persists, please share the below details so that we can investigate further. 

• Which Antivirus are you using?
• Please follow the below path and share the crash report.

C:\Users\[UserAccount]\AppData\Roaming\Enpass6\Crashes

UPDATE: Crash report has been sent when I relaunched Enpass6 with comment specifying from me to you.

Hello,

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app without positive results.

The running antivirus is the default antivirus of Windows 10 Pro, Windows Defender Antivirus part of Windows Defender Security Center.

The strange thing is the location of Enpass6/Crashes ...

C:\Users\[UserAccount]\AppData\Roaming\Sinew Software Systems Pvt Ltd\Enpass6\Crashes

I find a __MACOSX folder in ..\Enpass6

Question ... how can I share the dump file with you?  Size > 20MB after zipping.

Do you have an upload platform?
