Guest Posted January 14, 2019 Report Share Posted January 14, 2019 Hello, I have a problem using enpass. I start the enpass manager app in windows, that goes well. But what about the plug-in for MS Edge. When I press the extension key I get the message that edge is going to switch to the app (enpass manager), but every time he can't find that app. Although it is installed and open. I also can't manage to log in via the enpass manager app of windows on sites where the data is present in my vault. When I click on the icon of the corresponding site, I always get the message to edit and/or save the data, but not to 'autofill' the data on the site in the browser. I find this all the more strange because I have already worked with enpass in a fully functional way. I then reset and re-imported my data from a cvs file from Lastpass. I already sent a message to the support but did not get a reply yet, even though it is already a few days ago. I do not know what is going on, can someone help me please ?
