Hi,

Sorry to hear that. Can you please share the following details so that we can get it checked for you?

  • Windows device and version.
  • Enpass version.
  • Does the issue occasionally or every time when you try to open the app?
  • Is the app set to Auto-run at the System Startup? If yes,
  • Have you tried by disabling the internet connection from your device?
