I have the same problem now for months. With the help from the findings in this thread I just found that while Enpass freezes it writes the Backup. My Backup is 93MB and on a NAS in my Network. To write it, it takes about 4 minutes. And during this time Enpass is completely frozen. Why does this takes so long? Copying the same File to the same share directly, it takes only seconds - so it is not a network issue. More important: Why does Enpass freezes while creating the Backup?

Just my experience: (Win11 22H2) Deinstallation of Store-Version works. Local Data from: C:\Users\[myuser]\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_ [some_id]\LocalState\Vaults\primary disappeared. Just mentioned, no problem for me. I think it's better to start from scratch without any Store-Traces!? Installed the Website-Version and recovered the Vauls from my private Cloud. Set all settings again. In the future I will avoid installing Apps from the Store. Hint: Check your automatic backup settings ! ;-)

I'm an Enpass Pro Lifetime user too. First I understood that these 2 new features (breach and 2FA) are an addon service where I have to pay another ~20€ p.a. -> OK a laborious service with an extra (recurring) fee. BUT: now I see a new license "Premium" and the "Individual Plan" costs 21,49€ p.a.!? And that includes "Pro plus the 2 new Features". That's nearly the same like my Upgrade. I think this is a big bug in the license model and makes it intransparent and unfair for all old user.
