  1. Yup, this makes sense! I have 25 users and 2 of them had the same issue. Looking at their names one was "Dália" and the other "Nazaré" so both had a ` on the users folder...
  2. Same here, I use enpass premium on our company, have dozens of users with the same problem after the update!!!
  3. oh the perils of using a Beta version, it can fix one thing and crash two others
  4. Hi @Anshu kumar That's great, thanks for letting me know! Any ETA when the new update will be released? If i enter the beta program would it seed things up? At the moment the only thing stopping me from buying the iOS version is this so would love to move ahead as quickly as possible!
  5. this just happened again unfortunately @Anshu kumar Is there any debug log I can look at? I'm tempted to say this has something to do with PC being suspended instead or shut down...
  6. I was using 8.x and I upgrade to 9.x to see if it makes a difference
  7. Hi Anshu, At the moment I have 2 x Win 10 PC and 2 x Iphone 5s/6 with iOS 9. Enpass Windows Version 5.2.0 No I haven't tried any other cloud as I want to keep the Synch "in-house". I've been using ownCloud for a couple of years now and never had any issues, plus Enpass iOS don't seem to have any issues when syncing. No Antivirus/firewall that could be messing with Enpass I'll create and email you a demo account, thanks!
  8. I'm having the same problem with ownCloud. Disconnecting from the account crashes Enpass but then re-conecting again seems to fix it for a day or so but it's a PITA
