Where can I download the latest version that works on MacOS 12?
For the record (and any interested parties) I have Enpass v. 6.11.10 (1951) running just fine under Monterey 12.7.6. It will not update to more recent versions of Enpass that I have running on other Macs that I own (with Ventura & Sequoia). Therefore I assume that Enpass v. 6.11.10 (1951) is the last version for MacOS 12. Whether you still download that from Enpass servers will probably require advice (web link) from developers and/or forum moderators.

Where can I download the latest version that works on MacOS 12?
This hasn't really answered the OP question. What is the last version of Enpass that will run on Monterey, and where can it be downloaded from? Some Enpass users (and even subscribers, Pro users) could be using older devices that can not be updated to Ventura.

Enpass not working under 22.04.01 LTS
Is it safe to install & use the Snap store version? There are two offered (stable & edge) versions.

Enpass not working under 22.04.01 LTS
I am also having problems with Enpass on Ubuntu (v. Budgie 23.10.1). I have followed the instructions on How to Install, which all seems to have functioned as expected, but the installed Enpass application always fails to start. Any advice please, as to what I might try next?

LastPass security breach(s)
LastPass has reported another security breach, and as I understand it, not for the first time. I do like to think that Enpass is the best of the bunch, with the encrypted database stored in your own vault, but then if you sync that in the cloud (DropBox, Google Drive, etc.) to access anywhere & anytime, are you really any safer? Just how secure is any password manager? Discuss! At the end of day, I guess, if it's in the cloud it could get hacked – but if encrypted what are the real chances of any comprehensive password data being recovered by the hacker?

Enpass for High Sierra; download old archived versions
What was the last desktop version of Enpass to run under OSX High Sierra? [Perhaps 6.7.4 (949)?] Is there a direct download link to older (non-supported) versions of Enpass. I have several Macs, some that run Monetery just fine, but a couple that will not update beyond OSX 10.13.6, and I would really like to keep an archived copy of Enpass that will work on those machines, and can be reinstalled if required.

Third-party audit deleted
So now Nov'2021 - would be unreasonable to ask for a progress update on the Security Audit that will be completed 'this year'?

new Update on MacOS 10.11.6 El Capitan ??? not working
Please could we have some clarification on this earlier query? I have a MacBook-Air running High Sierra, and several other Macs running El Capitan. Before I go ahead and install a newer version of Enpass (e.g. 6.2.--) on the MB-Air it would be good to get some reassurance that the synchronised database would remain backward compatible with my other devices running Enpass v.6.0.6

new Update on MacOS 10.11.6 El Capitan ??? not working
I'm another who requires Enpass updates to be compatible with El Capitan (10.11.6) and would be interested to hear when this problem is resolved. Importantly, it would be good to have some reassurance that cloud database syncing from other devices (e.g. Android mobile) will not result in problems of 'backward compatibility' with my El Capitan Mac desktops.

Third-party audit deleted
That's good to know. Thank you for the clarification. Could I ask whether there are plans to extend the security audit to Mac & iOS versions of Enpass? It would be reassuring have independent audits for all versions of your software. Similarly, in view of continual advances of hacker tools & capabilities, it would be prudent to periodically repeat third party security audits. In my opinion, regular & robust security audits should be a well-defined part of your business strategy.

Third-party audit deleted
A thorough & robust security audit really should be a prerequisite for any company selling password repository software. On the face of it Enpass is great software, but if it has security holes than people will worry and start to look elsewhere. The recent report (highlighting recovery of master passwords) is not exactly reassuring, and also seems rather limited in scope to specific platforms. I will continue to watch this discussion with interest ...

Enpass 6 TXT export can not be imported by Keepass 2.40
It would be good to get some clarification on exporting of data from Enpass 6, and the backward compatibility with Enpass v5, and other password managers. I have several Mac computers, and a couple of Android devices that have all been updated to Enpass v6. However, I also use a BlackBerry Q10 (BB10 OS) device for work, which has Enpass v5. Until the release of v6, the Q10 was synchronising perfectly well with my Enpass database on G-drive. That is now broken I appreciate that BlackBerry versions of Enpass are no longer supported but I would like to know what my options are for keeping Enpass passwords synchronised on the Q10, with those on G-drive and my other devices (now running v6). Opera (osx, stable, 53.0) extension not working
Another one here, struggling with Opera 53.0 on Mac OSX and the Enpass Password Manager Extension v5.4.3 – which doesn't appear to be working now. Are you any closer to providing a fix / extension update ?
