The same here: Systemversion: macOS 10.14.4 (18E226) Safari Version 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4) with Enpass Safari Extension 607 Enpass 607 (336) The same problem appears with older Enpass 6.x.x versions.

The browser shortcut is still case insensitive in Enpass 6.0.6.

Sarari on OSX 10.14.x. In Enpass 5 my shortcut was CMD+Y (uppercase Y or CMD+SHIFT+Y) Y is located on german keyboards near the left CMD and X keys. It was the best shortcut in combination with the mouse in the right hand. Enpass 6 letter shortcuts are case insensitive. It doesn't work with uppercase Y. CMD with lowercase Y opens the bookmark list.

Same behavior here with Safari 12.0.3 (14606.4.5) and OSX 10.14.3.
