    Hi! I've a Macbook Pro and it happend on MacOS Captain and now also on Big Sur. I do not know when this happens, maybe after several "Sleeping" of the Macbook. Cheers, Patrick

    Hi together, it's really annoying, Enpass (652) freezes very often when unlocking it with TouchId. With "very often" I mean nearly every second Day! Is there some setting I could try so that it does not freeze again? Cheers, Patrick

    I've the same behaviour with Enpass 6.3.2 and Cataline 10.15.2. Very annoying, I just buyed pro because of TouchId.
