    Hey Garima, thank you for your reply. I'm facing the described problem with the desktop/app version from Windows store which is 6.4.2 (662). I'm also using Enpass on iOS devices, which are working fine.

    I'm facing same problem after upgrading to Win10 version 2004 last week. Desktop app needs to be launched 2 to 3 times before starting. My Enpass data base has got 164 entries, and I'm syncing via OneDrive.
