April 11, 20206 yr I clicked "Checked for Updates", the app goes to the screen "Checking for updates", the icon spins...BUT... The application never stops spinning, and the check for updates never completes. I've waited a day, and no success. It used to work. I think it stopped working after the last update. Thank you. April 14, 20206 yr Hi @jakejohn & @rorywohl, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please take the backup of Enpass data first and then reinstall Enpass App again. If the issue persists, please let me know in which country you are facing this issue so that we can investigate it further.
