I think i have two Problems with this.
1. non-english charcter in user name
2. One Drive for Bussines

Login for Snyc with one Drive re-directs to https://login.live.com/ that is not correct. https://login.microsoft.com is the correct login if ypu use onedrive4B.

what ist the actual status of this Problem. today I installed the W10-App und tried to recover from Onedrive. But the Problem is not solved

The restore issue has been resolved since long.

Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting when trying to restore data so we can help you better. Also, let us know are you able to access all your data on any other device.
