Not able to react on posts anymore? Why?

Since days, I'm not able to react on posts here in the community anymore. The icon at the bottom of a post is greyed out.

When trying to react, the message popup appears, that I'm not able to react today.

But days later, I'm still not able...

Tried to delete older reactions, but I'm still not able to react. Am I disabled for reacting? Why? What can I do to be able to react again? :(

We have not restricted or disabled your access to the Forums, and I have also reverted some troubleshooting steps on your email.

    Access wasn't restricted. I'm able to read and write here. I was only not allowed to react. But it looks as the issue is gone for now. :)
