Hi,

My primary vault is connected to Google Drive but when trying to connect a second vault to One Drive for Business I get the following error.

"Something when wrong while syncing with One Drive. Error code: 1208968"

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting a couple of time but I get the same error.

Our dedicated team is aware of this concern and they are working on a fix. Could you please share the version of the Enpass app and OS you are using along with the logs? You can enable the logs by following the below steps (Logs can be enabled in the Website version of the Enpass app) -

1. Go to Enpass Settings → Advanced → Logs → Enable.
2. Try synchronizing again. When the error occurs, open the Enpass app and visit the same Settings as above and click on 'Show Logs'.
3. Copy the content of the logs and share it here. You can also DM me the logs or paste them in a .txt file and share it with us at support@enpass.io (Do mention this forum).

Apologies for the slow reply.  Enpass version is 6.8.5 (1238) running on windows 11 21H2 Build 22000.1455.

 

I have tried to locate Logs -> Enable but I don't seem to have any Logs options within my settings screens.   Please see attached.

We have recently updated our Windows  Enpass app. In the update, we have fixed the Onedrive 1208968 error. Kindly update your Enpass app to the latest version and share your findings with us.

Using Version 6.8.5 (1238) I have now been able to add and connect to a secondary OneDrive for Business Vault.  Also I have sucessfully added the new vault to my mobile version and that is also synching now.

To create a new vault on Microsoft OneDrive:
Go to Settings and select Vaults.
Click + add new vault, then select Create a new vault.
Click OneDrive and select the folder where you want to store your vault.
Click Create here, then enter a name for your vault and click Continue.
