October 22, 20232 yr Hello, my Enpass app on my iPhone just asked me to pay 100 euros for a lifetime license. The lifetime license has been activated on my Microsoft device for a long time. I then paid with my fingerprint. Is that OK ? Can I cancel the purchase?
October 22, 20232 yr Usually you don’t have to pay more than once, you just have to register the app on your iPhone with the same email you used in your windows pc. Therefore the purchase was not needed and should be cancelled. Maybe the support team can issue a refund. Best of luck!
October 25, 20232 yr Hi @Gerd Wilhelmsen Once you have purchased the license, you can use it on all your devices by simply registering in the app via the email address used during the purchase. If you would like us to get this checked for you further, we request you to kindly contact us at support@enpass.io and share the purchase receipt along with the email address used during the purchase. Our team will then get this checked for you.
