Have to add my voice to the chorus here. this issue has been going on for 5+ months. Been very patient like most customers here. Can we have an ETA on a solution?

Some apparently very positive news: today (1/30/25), there were a few updates for the Firefox extensions, including the Firefox Enpass one. After updating that extension, the auto login for Chase.com is working again. I am not sure if it is working for other browsers, but it seems that the issue was with the extension, not the main Enpass software.

Anybody else is having the issue resolved when updating the extension, in Firefox or in any other browser?

Could we get more information from the Enpass staff regarding the apparent solution? Thank you very much in advance.

This issue was fixed in the Jan 2, 2025 update (v6.11.2) for Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers, and in the Jan 16, 2025 update (v6.11.3.2) for Firefox.

Filling issues only need to be addressed on the extension side. The extension handles all the heavy lifting, while the Enpass app simply provides the necessary information. So for fixes like this, a simple extension update is all it takes.

Hello. I have had this issue from February of this year. Due to the fact that I could not enter data within the Chase banking app, no resolution was forthcoming so I installed an old image and got on with life. Now its back again and no bills have been paid for almost 2 weeks. Updated Firefox extension, latest updated app, latest version of Firefox. Problem is on a PC and Mac. As I purchased a lifetime license...it might be time to move to another app that is functional!

Our technical team is investigating the issue and working on a scalable solution. While there's no ETA yet, I’ve followed up and will share any updates as soon as we have them. We appreciate your patience and understand this is important.

I am reporting that this issue is fixed for me in Firefox + enpass on Windows 11.
