Cannot activate Enpass on Android

I have a pro subscription for years. I installed Enpass version 6.11.0.1000 on Android.

After restoring my vault and logging in with my email, entering my OTP, I get an indefinetely spinning wheel. No error, no progress. I cannot access more than 10 accounts in my vault (300 items). Please help, I need this on my phone!

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue: 

  • If Enpass is not yet set up, open the Enpass app and click on "Personal." 
  • Click on "Skip Activation" and create a local vault by selecting the "On This Device" option. 
  • Go to Settings -> Upgrade Options -> View All Plans. (The plans may not load initially.) 
  • If the plans are not loaded, go back and click on "View All Plans" again. 
  • An error should appear on the View Plans page. (Please share the error code with us.) 
  • After the error has appeared, go back and register the app. 
  • Please share the error code you encounter, so we can further investigate the issue. 

Note: If you are downloading Enpass from unknown and unofficial sources, we will not be able to assist you.
