September 30, 20241 yr I found a post of this similar issue in 2018, I hadn't had this problem until recently. I've tried applying the QT resolution to my environment variable, but it doesn't help. October 17, 20241 yr Are you able to scroll down in the extension? If so, could you please check if the save options are visible below? Additionally, I recommend trying to reopen the app and the extension after force-closing them using Ctrl+Q.
