iOS 18.4 betas + Enpass 6.11.8 & 6.11.9 : Premium license not recognized

Featured Replies

Safari browser on the new iOS 18.4 betas do not correctly acknowledge licensed version of Enpass 6.11.8 and 6.11.9. Can manually type password to log into Enpass and settings does show Premium license. Attempting to use Enpass in Safari shows no results except first 10 / trial mode error message. Presenting as same (or similar) issue that occurred during past iOS updates. if more details are required to troubleshoot, I am happy to provide them. Thank you kindly.

same issue present in 6.11.9

I have the same issue. Is this a general topic with every iOS Beta or related to specific changes in iOS beta 18.4?

I've reported this issue to the technical team. They are currently investigating it, and I will reach out to you with updates as soon as I receive them.

I have the same problem. I guess I should stop running betas. This is extremely annoying.

Same issue. Also running IOS beta 18.4, with a Lifetime Pro license.

I thought the issue was related to the new Premium license, since I've only noticed the issue since the introduction of Premium license.

Is it even clear, if the cause is the ios Beta or Enpass itself? New iOS 18.4 beta from today at least did not change anything.

The technical team is still investigating the issue and working on a solution. While we don't have an estimated timeline for its release, it will be made available as soon as it's ready.

iOS18.4 beta1
iOS18.4 beta2
iOS18.4 beta3
iOS18.4 beta4
Enpass for iOS 6.11.8

In either version, I cannot call Enpass from iOS Safari.
By the way, when I use Passkey from a PC browser such as my Google Chrome to call Enpass via my iPhone's camera, a license error also occurs.

This bug makes passkeys look like a joke 🤡. I can’t log in to any website where I set up a passkey because I can’t submit any passkey at all… 😡

Yeah, I guess this is what we get for running beta iOS releases. But in fairness you would think application providers would support beta releases. It’s the developer releases we should watch out for.

I’ve learnt my lesson on this one. I’m staying away from anything other than general releases. Because I too use passkeys for a lot of applications. And this is too critical.

It is only available as test flight beta, not in regular store

Can I get an invite?

We have released a stable version of the Enpass app that resolves the Autofill issue on iOS 18.4. Please visit the App Store to update to the latest version 6.11.10

This is still a problem. Using Enpass in safari/chrome gives me the trial mode error message.
Using Enpass via the app works as expected.

Enpass version: 6.11.10
iOS verions: 18.4 (22E239)
