December 3, 2025Dec 3 Hi I am using Enpass via WebDAV, which I set up in April 2025. I mainly use three devices to access my Enpass vault: a Windows laptop, an Ubuntu desktop, and an iOS device. Last Monday, 30 November, I created a new entry on my iOS device and saved it as usual. Yesterday, Wednesday 2 December, I was working on my Windows device and noticed that this latest entry was not available. I opened the Windows client and manually started the sync, as well as the sync on my iOS device. Both clients reported that the sync was successful, but the new entry was still missing. I then tried to add another entry on my iOS device, but this was also not synced. Adding a new entry on the Windows client also did not make it appear on the iOS device, even though both clients again confirmed a successful sync. I disconnected the WebDAV connection on my Windows client and re-enabled it; however, the new entry is still missing. When I check the last modified date of the WebDAV file, it shows 23 November as the most recent change. Where is this issue suddenly coming from, and how can I fix it? Should I delete all data on one of the clients and reconnect it?
December 4, 2025Dec 4 Please disconnect your Enpass vault from WebDAV on all devices and then reconnect it. Once all devices are synced, create a test entry on one device, wait for the sync to complete, and verify that the test entry appears on the other devices. If the issue persists, open your Enpass app, go to Settings → Vaults → Sync, and check for any sync errors on any device. If you see an error, please email a screenshot along with this forum link to support@enpass.io.
