Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions

The Firefox extension popup sometimes shows up at random positions, far from the extension button. You could use the standard popup API to make it always show at the proper position, like other extensions such as uMatrix. Enpass 5.3.1 Firefox 48 Linux

As of recently autofilling for Royal Bank of Canada online banking site has stopped working in Chrome. I've tried both stable version 5.3.0.1 and beta version 5.3.1.1 to no avail. With the latter autofilling works fine in Edge. It definitely has worked fine before in Chrome. Hi, unfortunately Opera extension stopped working with desktop app version 5.2. I´ve tried to disable security verification of the browser, I´ve tried to reinstall browser externsion, I´ve tried to reinstal Enpass desktop app as well. Still getting following error message in the Opera browser: Enpass Connection Error Any advise please? Thank You

Most of password managing programs have feature of domain alias. This mean if you have one account in any domain and this domain has some domain aliases (another domains to login to the same account) so you can add domain alias to domain in question and you can login with the same name\pass to both domains. Is this feature in enpass? Didn't find anything like this.

I don't see an extension for IE11. That is my main browser. I use Edge occasionally, but most of my business websites don't support it. I rarely use Chrome, as its a memory hog and crashes a lot.

Hi there, For some reason, auto-fill isn't working for me for the following URL: https://vipnet.canadalife.ca/apps/pension/vip/index.html (this is the full URL in Enpass too) Any idea what might be wrong? Anything I can try on my side? Is this a page-specific limitation preventing auto-fill perhaps? Anything I can do to help get this fixed? Please let me know.

When I use enpass to autofill my login details on https://keybase.io, it fails to fill them in. Instead in creates a url with my username and password and submits that! Obviously that fails too, but that leaves my credentials in someones log file. This occurs on Chrome (with ext V 5.2.1) and Firefox (with ext V 5.2.0)

Auto-submit seems to be broken. If I set the auto-submit login option on the item in Enpass then pressing Ctrl+\ correctly fills the login fields but then displays a "[BAD CRSF]" message. If I un-set the auto-submit login option then pressing Ctrl+\ fills the login fields. I then click the Login button manually and it logs in correctly. url: https://central.owncloud.org/

What is the status for Enpass support for the BRAVE browser?

Recently got a new computer running Windows 10 Professional (using it on a company domain, running Sophos anti-virus). After installing current versions of both Chrome and Opera from Google and Opera (respectively), installing the latest version of Enpass from the Enpass website today, I am getting "Connection Error" in both browsers -- the error goes away and the plugins work as expected if I disable the option to "Verify Browsers". Obviously this is not as safe/preferred. I have disabled the Sophos antivirus and the issues remain. I have rebooted and the issues remain. I have logins with multiple urls. When I click the Enpass extension button, click the "I" button on the login item and then click on the url it opens a new tab but with the url of the an arbitrary url field on the item, not the url I clicked on. In the screenshots below, no matter which url I click on, it loads a new tab with the first url. On another item I see this issue on, it's the last url it loads every time.

For example github.com: main page url: https://github.com/ sing in url: https://github.com/login When I am trying to login github browser extension show me item twice. I was confusing to choose first time, because items look equal. Is that behavior normal? Can I do something to see only one item (except make item contains only one url)? Hi! I have a need to use same account name/password on multiple sites. Currently, I can associate only one URL to a login in Enpass and when I pick that it takes me to that one URL. What I'd like to have is either be able to associate multiple URLs with the login (so Enpass auto-fills on every URL of the list) or be able to pick any of my logins via searching when I'm on the login page Is this possible?

The extension installs fine as the browser is based off Chromium and uses chrome extensions, but it does not appear to be able to connect with the desktop app.

Hi There, I am using enpass desktop 5.02 on Windows 10 with the browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox. This morning, the extensions stopped working. I've rebooted, reinstalled enpass, turned off my antivirus (to test) to no avail. (I am using Avira Free Antivirus version 15.0.17.273.) This is affecting both my Windows 10 desktop and my wife's Windows 10 laptop. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot. Thank you, - Rory

The following scenario: I have Enpass (Windows) open and i'm in the Favorites tab. When i now want to save or update an entry via the Chrome extension it saves the new/edited entry in my Favorites tab in Enpass (Windows). In my opinion it should give a selection where it should be saved and it its a favorite.

Hello guys, I'm not able to get the autofill working on protonmail.com. Once you logged in with your username and password, you go to another page where you're asked the "mailbox" password. That's a welcome new security layer for this free email service, but Enpass seems to not recognise that. Please take a look at it. Cheers

We use Mailman which, for the admin interface, only has a password field. There isn't a username. I've defined an entry in the Login category that has the correct URL for the admin interface and I've set the password. However, when I navigate to the page, the password field is not being filled in, even if I pick the entry from the browser plugin. I've tried removing the user field and I've tried changing the name of the password field to match the name of the field in the browser page but neither has helped. What do I need to do to get this to work, please? I've tested with Chrome and Firefox but the behaviour is the same.

Whenever I open the Enpass window, I lose focus on the browser window. This can be very annoying. As soon as the Enpass little window goes away, it should return focus to wherever I was when it was first invoked. I have confirmed this behaviour on both Safari and Chrome on Mac OS X El Capitan.

Hi, I really appreciate for the extensions available. Most of the users must be using enpass in Office machines (too), where installing a software is against policy and you can't install in all the machines you want to use enpass. But a browser extension that does not depend on a Application and works completely on a browser itself would be a great choice. What you guys think? Thanks, Anand

Hello. I have a feature request for the chrome extension and the app. Would be it possible to add a feature that automatically fills in the form, if only 1 entry exists for this website. I don't like to manually click the entry to log in to my sites.

Hello, Enpass on my BB10 phone will fill in my card number on these banking sites, but not the password. I've tried putting the password in different fields in the profile but no luck. How can I get this to work? www.pcfinancial.com and www.cibc.com. Click through to the sign in pages on either site, then hit autofill and only the bank card number comes in.
