Cloud Sync

Enpass 6.3.3 (596); Windows 10 (18362). I'd been using sync for a long time, but today Enpass said it needed to "reauthorize" my OneDrive sync. So I click the button, and the little spinner spins forever, with nothing happening. So I clicked the "disconnect" button, and tried to "Set up Sync" all over again. Unfortunately, regardless of which sync-provider I choose, it gets stuck at this screen... the expected browser window to authorize the connection never appears. Sorry I know this is a silly question but I'm new to enpass, when I sync Win 10 desktop to icloud where in the icloud should I see the encrypted sync file uploaded ? The sync operation works ok and I have managed to sync my iphone to the cloud and so populate it with all the data but I don't know how it's working ? :-)

About a year ago I switched from LastPass to Enpass. I have two users on my laptop (one for work, one for personal). So, both of my users started out with the same state. I tried to sync them to the same cloud drive, but it just created two separate folders and kept their states different. To be honest, rather than solve the problem then and there, I got busy with work and let them go. So now I've added new accounts/passwords to each instance and they are different. Is there a way to sync and merge them where it will add new info from both and put them in the same state? Maybe some password changes would need to be resolved manually, which is fine. When I sync via Google Drive, I get a file `sync_default.walletx`. However, if I add an attachment, it is not visible in the `Enpass` directory. Wallet size stays the same. I have tried though, attachments are being synch'd to my Android app just fine. When I sync via Dropbox, the `App/Enpass` folder contains a wallet file and for each attachment a file. Why the difference between Google Drive and Dropbox? Where are the attachments sync'd using Google Drive? Thank you.

I have just started to sync my Documents folder with OneCloud. It always stalls with two files remaining open: enpasssettings.db and syncmeta.db. These files remain locked even when Enpass is not running on the desktop. I have to use TaskManager to shut Enpass down. Then the files sync OK. I remember something like this in 2018 when the same issue prevented an Enpass update. Please fix this issue - it is an irritation every time I use Enpass and I'm sure you don't want that. The app should not continue to run in Task Manager even after I have closed it on the desktop. Thanks

Couple Month ago i bought a License and imported all Data from Keepass. Because of missing feature i was using Keepass again. Now... giving Enpass one more try all my Data: - are Lost - i do not get recon as an excisting User anymore tbh, Usability is definitely different. I am done with that shit.... Never used a Password Manager like that before.. Worst Case ever.

I've been using enpass for awhile now, without issue. The last two days, though, I've been unable to sync to my iCloud - the synchronize just sits there with a busy icon. I can sync with my phone app just fine. Any idea?

We have new phones. We downloaded the Enpass app on them. We can't access the data we had entered into the app on our old phones. Can anyone offer insight on this? I don't remember if or where we might have indicated to back up data.

Hello, I've seen that sync iCloud don't work. Don't work on windows 10 and Mac OS 10.15.1 . I think it's an issue in Enpass 6.3.1.

I have been using Enpass for a couple of years without a problem on my Mac but it has recently started erroring when trying to sync with Google Drive. It gives the error code 404035. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? Thank you

I've been using enpass for about 2 years without major problems. I use enpass on 4 devices and sync my vault to my owncloud account. Since end of November the sync fails (Errorcode 907403). Two major changes have been made: 1) I change my account to Pro; 2) I updated my owncloud to version 10.3 (from 10.1). Thanks for advice Michael

Hello All, Let me start that I am big fan of enpass against the countless password managers I used, I have an issue, I have one login info saved in vault and under that login info i have note which contains important data, for some reason the note got empty and I really need what's written on it, my only thought was since i sync it with gdrive and gdrive keep versions for last 30 days of files ususally is to get the copy of 24/october. thatsaid, the files are hidden there and I want to view them like normal file to get an old copy of file where my note is there. somehow enpass keep password history but not notes history :( Please hel…

I've had Enpass on my windows phone for quite a few years now. Works perfectly and backs up to OneDrive. I've since been forced to abandon my WP for an android phone. I understand that I'll need a new license for the android app, no problem. What I am unsure of is how to migrate the data. I looked in my OneDrive acct and found the Enpass folder containing one file, sync_default.walletx. So here's the question... if I tell my android app to sync to OneDrive, will the file I now have be compatible, or will it be over written by a new blank file (and therefore losing all my data)???

When backing up and restoring Enpass (local backup file on a stick), not all settings seem to be saved and restored. Especially the settings for the cloud sync imho is important - when installing Enpass on several computers and configuring it via a backup-file, I always have to enter the cloud settings manually each time. They are not included in the backup file. Is there a reason for this or could you please include this in the next update? Imho, when restoring an installation from a backup file, ALL non-computer/workstation-specific settings should be included.... Thanks for considering this!

I own Enpass for Mac and iOS and sync with iCloud. Mac and iPhone versions are syncing ok but my iPad gets stuck while trying to sync. I deleted the app and reinstall but it still can't connect with iCloud. What should I do?

Hello, My synchronization has not worked for a few days now and I get the same error code 909992 on all devices (Win10, IPhone). I have installed the current client from the store on all devices. Nextcloud version is the 16.0.2. What I've already tried is to deactivate the synchronization and synchronize again. Delete the data on the cloud server, new initial synchronization works. But no updates on this I always get the error code 909992. Can someone help me solve this problem? Thank you lars

I'm a new Enpass user attempting to set up sync to my own WebDAV server. I seem to be connecting, but the sync fails every time with error code '904405' both from Windows (10) and Linux. I have verified that the time is set properly on the server and all systems. This error code does not seem to be documented anywhere. What should I try?

I have a premium Enpass account on Windows and Android. My wife has a premium Enpass account on IOS. I would like to access her account on my Windows computer. New Enpass user. Firefox is my default browser on both my desktop and my Android. Installed on my Android, and synced to my DropBox. Seems to work OK. Installed the Windows 10 client. Am unable to sync. Firefox is not able to "see" the Enpass file on my DropBox account. That is, when using Firefox, there does not appear to be any file in the Apps/Enpass directory on Dropbox. I've installed the latest version of Enpass Traditional on my business Windows 10 PC. The cloud sync doesn't work The authorization process with Google Drive succeeds, but after that nothing happens in Enpass, I don't even get any error message. In our company we're using a BlueCoat proxy server. On my private PC at home the cloud sync works like a charm. So I guess the problem is related to the proxy server. I've already tried the manual proxy configuration in Enpass, without success.
