Hi, I am using Enpass on a Huawei Y6 2019 release. It is running on Android 9 and I am using version 6.3.4.298. My main problem is that although I set Auto Locking only to occur after 30 mins and enabled a PIN, each time I am accessing the app it is asking for the master password. this is a major inconvenience as this phone has no fingerprint authentication. Which settings need to be modified to reliably ask for only the PIN within each 30 mins period? kind regars,

Thanks for putting your hands on the WearOS app in enpass beta 6.9.4 for android. Seems that you tried to sort the scrolling out. However now you made the title-header scrollable, so items are hidden. Please make it so that there is only one scrollable area in the WearOS app (and also not 50% too long scrollbars

The system language is Chinese. After I type in the master password, Enpass crashes instantly when the password vault shows. But no crashes if the system is in English. My device is HTC One M8 with Android 6.0.

Auto fill from notifications crashes app. It will let me select the notification and get into my enpass app to select the stored info to use. Once it goes back to the website or app I'm trying to fill the password for, I get the crashed message.

Hi Folks! Recently the Google has announced their upcoming Android version as Android 'O' (still in developer preview). Among all the awesome features, what caught our immediate attention was Autofill framework that lets the password managers to autofill in the apps without using the Android's accessibility services. After this announcement, our product team went into a huddle with the developers to get a reality check of Enpass' compatibility with this API. In our testing, we found Autofill framework working smoothly with Enpass, and here is how it looks. Since, Android O is still in development, so we have to wait till its official release to bake …

  6. Why can't I buy the premium version on my Android phone? An error has occurred.

  7. Started by niayh,

Recently started using a password manager and I've been combing through the available options trying to find the one that is best for me. It looks like Enpass is likely to be the best option for me; however, one thing I noticed today when firing up a rather long page of commits on github is that when the accessibility service for Enpass is on, the page stutters and stops every few seconds for a few seconds. ( example ) This makes scrolling through a very long page rather difficult and cumbersome. I tried the same using LastPass's service and didn't encounter the same behavior. I then stumbled upon these issue reports and they had some advice for developers on ho…

  8. I'm using Android 8.1.0 on Nexus 6, running Enpass 6.0.0.24(Beta) Starting with an empty vault, tried syncing with Google Drive first. I signed into the appropriate google account like normal, authorized enpass beta just like any other oauth application, and reached the authorization complete page, and nothing. No redirect. It looked like the rounded turquoise div might have been a Material designed button, so I tapped it. Nothing. I switched tasks to the Enpass Beta app again and it was stuck with the loading modal saying "Authorizing" with the loading pinwheel. I waited patiently for 10 minutes with no indication of it receiving anything from the server. I tri…

  9. The first thing I tried with the new android beta-app was to synchronise with dropbox. I clicked synchronise with dropbox, opened the dropbox website and autorised the oauth-token and got the message "continue in the app" or " redirect to app" or some similar message. But when I clicked that button nothing happened. If I went back to the app manually, the app was still waiting for the oauth-token and nothing happens. I tried this multiple times and always the same error. (later I realised this might not be supported, and I would need to use a backup-file and restore from that. But still an error or a warning or something would be nice if this is the proble…

Would sometime care to comment about integration to Box in the Android version app? It doesn't appear to be there as an option but it's in the current stable version. Please don't tell me support is being dropped, as I'll have to let it go if that's the case

  15. Started by Sushubh,

I open a form. Enpass shows me the icon stating that it's active in notifications. I slide down the notifications only to see the enpass option closing on its own before I can even click on it. This happens pretty much every single time. Sometime I get lucky and the option stays for long enough for me to click on it. But usually it just does not work. I am new to Enpass and I do not even know if Enpass is supposed to overlay the option to fill username/password on login forms like LastPass.

  16. I removed the current beta version (via androids uninstall feature /dragndrop icon to trashcan on nova launcher) and reinstalled the beta from Play store. Upon launching enpass for the first time I wasn't facing the first time slides, but an Master Password screen, where my password wasn't valid. I uninstalled from Play store and installed once again with the same result. After leaving beta program, the stable version of enpass behaved correctly and gave me the first time slides and I was then able to restore my backup and get up and running. Just FYI.

  17. Hi all, I'm currently testing Enpass 6 Beta on a Galaxy S5. First thing I've noticed compared to previous Enpass version is that Fingerprint is not working anymore on my Samsung Galaxy S5. More precisely, there's not even the fingerprint options in Enpass 6 parameter. I know that Galaxy S5 Fingerprint module rely on proprietary Samsung API, not default Android API (which is used starting to Galaxy S6, S7 and next). Does that mean that Samsung fingerprint API support has been removed in Enpass 6 and that fingerprint won't be supported for pretty old devices like Galaxy S5? Or it is just a temporary bug or disabled feature (as explained in beta documentation)…

  19. It seems like if my Enpass on Android is idle for a few hours it asks for my master password instead of my PIN. I haven't failed the PIN three times, although it's possible that the app has restarted in the background. My master password is very long and laborious and the whole reason I have the PIN enabled is so I never have to enter it in. Is there any way to disable having to enter it at all?

Hi I use enpass on my Android phone and I've got two problems : - when you use enpass to fill something with the keyboard, the second time you open the Keyboard it forget the website. For example I use it to open my account an Amazon, the first time I choose Amazon on enpass keyboard but the second time, when I need to enter totp, I must choose Amazon on the enpass list again. Maybe the hability to define a timer before reset the keyboard ? - when I choose enpass keyboard, it remains that way even after when I just need to type text (where I use Gboard,) Is it possible to automatically move to another keyboard when the time above is done ? …

  21. Hi, great to see attachment support finally arriving in Enpass. I noticed that, while attaching a photo uses the default intent, attaching a file leads to a custom UI where I can only access local storage. It would be great if you could use the standard Android file picker instead (not sure what its official name is) where we can access local files as well as files from cloud storage providers such as Dropbox or Google Drive (s. attached screenshot) Cheers, Jan

Search in Enpass Hi guys, First of all, thank you for this great app. After years using another password manager, I changed to Enpass due to security concerns. Although, let's be fair, the other app (Safe in Cloud) never had security issues. Everything inside Enpass works fine to me, except the search mechanism that is a little bit slow and sometimes doesn't work. If I open the app and go straight to the search function, it will not work. I can even write the complete name of what I'm looking for and it won't come out. If it's something starting with the letter Z, I have to scroll all the way from A to Z. For the search to work, I have to leave th…

  24. First off great work with Enpass6 Beta! Would be great if there was some sort of two-factor code generator built into enpass. Right now I have to log into enpass, copy my passwords, then switch over to my two-factor system for the code. It would be great to have it built in. Also, there should be a "save password" option from the password generator.

  25. Enpass 5.x would request confirmation before persisting the Autofill Info field in Enpass. Enpass 6 Beta does so automatically. I think having the option to prompt the user instead of just automatically saving the info would be great.
