I have 2 iPads, 1 Android and 1 Windows computer and ALL 4 are giving me Sync Error. Something went wrong while syncing with Cloud. Error Code: 204035 How do I fix it?

A key reasons I use Enpass over competing solutions is that I'm keen to keep my vaults local. It happened again. All of a sudden the iPhone app has stopped working. I can't say if it happened because of an app update or later. Whenever I launch the Enpass app, I get a "Wrong Face ID" error message and I am asked the master password. Entering the correct master password won't help. Please notice that: Auto fill-in works on the very same device, after sucessfully authenticating me via Face ID! TouchId will work - logout - Login again. Since autofill remembers which password you entered for this site, it proposes a shortcut. When using this shortcut, TouchId will not work and you will have to enter the master password (bug)

I'm trying to add a photo from my photo library as an attachment to an item. I need the entire photo, but the upload wizard forces me to crop the photo to a 1:1 aspect ratio before saving it. I can't zoom even out. I end up with a square photo which clips important parts of the photo out. I verified the photo saved to my vault was indeed cropped by loading it on the Enpass Linux desktop version, which does in fact show the cropped version. Uploading from Linux, the full photo is saved as expected.

Hi Just switch from 1Password, and there's a feature I love and it's missing in Enpass. On mobile it's easy to use by setting FaceID or TouchID for verifying, however there's no option in Enpass to force user to input master password after a while (eg 1 day, 1 week etc) Is there any plan to add such?

Hello, A crush problem is occasionally occur on my iPhone7 (ios10.3.3) and certainly occur on my iPad (ios 10.3.3) as follow, first, I opened the Enpass and closed it to home screen. second, I arbitrarily opened another app, then I double click the home button and wake up Enpass from background. And Enpass just display a white scene with a lock, no other response show until the Enpass crashed and quit. This problem often breaks off my operation, because I have to wait and reopen Enpass. I want this problem will be quickly resolved. thanks iosman

It must be very simple, but I can't see it... on my MacBook Pro I can use multiple vaults that are securely synced into my Google Drive. I want to do the same thing on my iPad, but I can only sync one vault. How do I add the second one? Thank you!

Hello I started filling in my safe thru the Windows software. When I synchronized with the IOS version I just bought, I find the records OK except for the icons that were uploaded from the site. All icons on my iPhone look the same, the template default icon. Is it normal behavior (sadly...) and will it be improved ? The same with my other Android smartphone. Thanks Dominique

Enpass 6.2.0 on iPhone and iPad iOS 13.1.3 There is a new option when I perform a search in the iOS version, iPad and iPhone, I can choose which items are searched (Title, Field, Password). But this new selection bar covers the first search result! This is ugly! Please fix this! See screenshot.

Enpass 6.2.0 on iOS 13.1.3 When I update an entry that has a tag, no matter what field is updated, the tag is deleted when I save the entry! This is not the case on my Windows 10 installation.

Hi all, I'm accessing my Enpass Vault via WebDAV on my Synology DS414. The access itself works properly: - Connection is successful in Enpass iOS app (version 6.0.6) - I can see in the logs on my Synology, that the sync is working (download/uploads to "vault.enpassdbsync" file with my WebDAV user) In the iOS app in settings -> synchronization my vault is beeing shown with the exact amount of items, as shown on my desktop. When I go to "all entries" section I see only like 20% of my entries. When Ilog into a site that requires 2 factor authentication, a screen appears with a field to enter the code sent to me via text. Is there any way to automatically enter that code.? Now I have to go to my messaging app, copy the code, return to the screen with the code field, and paste in the code.

The latest version freezes for a few seconds on startup. Whilst this is not a bug as such, it is slightly annoying

Since upgrading to version 6.11.7 on iOS, after around 24 hours FaceID stops working with the Enpass app and it requires my master password again. BUT if I force quit Enpass (instead of entering master password) and then restart it, then FaceID works again for another 24 hours.

In the recovery process of the iPhone, there is a step to select the key file, but this interface is covered by the interface of the iphone's native keyboard, and the key file cannot be operated.
