No longer able to access Enpass with Chrome browser on iPad/iPhone after most recent update. Any timeline on when this will be fixed?

Unable to sync using Google Drive between PC and multiple iOS devices. Sync attempt reports error due to different data files on Google Drive. All four of my devices have a data file with different number of password items. I can't figure out how to delete the data files from Google Drive and be able to start over with sync setup

Hi, As you all know there’s an option to hide website and username suggestions on the keyboard when autofilling a login. I don’t want to hide these, so I turned the option off. However, in iOS Firefox and Edge these details remain hidden. The suggestions only show up in Safari. I’m using Firefox mainly and it would be much more convenient to choose the suggestion rather than having to open the complete list. My keyboard is the default iOS keyboard, all apps and iOS are updated to the latest version. Is this a bug or the integration into iOS is not properly done?

Hello I manage three vaults. Now I notice that when "all vaults" is selected, the entries no longer appear in the categories but only when the corresponding vault is selected. This was not the case before. Can you understand this? Is it possible to change it? Thanks and greetings Leo

Hello, after updating Enpass 6.9.3 on my Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 it stopped sync and it was impossible to re-establish it. Log in/out of Enpass but always the same error message when I try to synchronise it. "...Impossible to connect 2 safes at the same time for synchronisation. Safe connected: Main..." Hello World, I'm using Enpass 6.6.0 (770) on my Windows 10 device. There is a sync from Windows to my Dropbox account which works fine so far. On my iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) I'm using the Enpass App 6.6.2 (530). In the iOS app I get the error message that I have to input the correct Dropbox password. I have tried to disconned both devices from the Dropbox-Sync, delete/renamed the old vault file on my Dropbox folder and reconnected both devices to the sync process. Still only the Windows version is able to sync. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thanks, sega

Have a syncing issue. I have a MacBook Pro, an iPhone and Ipad. The MacBook Pro seems up to date, I think but hard to say because most if not all changes I do on the Mac. It doesn’t show syncing issues. But, my iPhone doesn’t show syncing issues and says it’s synced without issues if I sync. It may be that it’s syncing to the iPad and not the Mac. However the iPad shows the below. So not sure what the problem is or where. Help please. There are no issues with other apple apps syncing across all devices.

Hello I have an iPhone 12 and when entering password/user name in email applications the app doesn’t allow Face ID and just shows a blank screen. I then have to open the Enpass app separately and manually copy and paste each field. I have attached image of how it looks when it shows blank app screen.

Hy, Today i started with Enpass on 1 Windows PC, 1 IPAD, 1 Iphone. I Sync via Webdav with my QNAP NAS. Sync is working without Problems on all Devices. But every 60 Seconds i get an Error 120. (See Attachment). I try to sync with varius Webdav Servers. Sync ist always working, but the Message still appears. Regards Achim

After upgrading to the all new version from the AppStore, my WebDAV sync settings were gone (is it really necessary to drop the settings, please concentrate on functionality instead of fancy new UI so I tried to enter them again as follows: URL: https://mynas.mylocaldomain:8081/home/ with correct username and password. The certificate for my NAS is correctly installed in iOS. The app locks up and does not respond after I hit connect. There is something severely broken in the new version, pleas fix it, I rely on Enpass. And please don't tell me to select the "bypass certificate" switch. This switch should not be there. I’m using Enpass in my iphone with Touch-ID access and in my iMac by entering manually the main password. But in my iPad-mini (witout touch-ID) with an old, not upgradable, iOS 9.3.6, the entering of the main password doesn’t work: always i got “please retry” How can I solve it?

hello, i have the following problem. i use the enpass pro verison with my iphone and touch id... it works great but i found a small "bug", which is very annoying... when i start the app, a dialog prompt with touch id, its works without problems, but when the iphone locks itself after a while, the touchid doenst work anymore. i need to type my password. i think the app try to prompt the touch id automatically and failed after locking.. so a better solution is to create a button to force touch id after unlocking.. thanks

I have made a secondary vault in my computer version of Enpass but cannot access it on my mobile app.

I have an app in which a password may be required. When the keyboard pops up to enter the password, the autofill symbol (the key) appropriately appears. When I select it, I am appropriately taken into Enpass, where I must Search for the proper password. However, unlike in other cases (e.g., websites) Enpass never learns or remembers the results of the Search for that app’s password. I must Search for it in Enpass each time. How may I acquire Enpass learning in the case of an iOS app password stored in Enpass?

On the app the face ID is not working and asking for manual password - I don't remember password form keyboard but how to restore FaceID working again?

This is the third time that Enpass does not log in with my fingertip and asks me the password. However it does not recognize my password. Every time I have to reinstall the program and type all my passwords again. This is getting annoying. Why this is happening? The password is correct cause I wrote it somewhere else and I am typing the same password.

Hallo, I have been using Enpass for many years, now have fully functioning iMac and MacBook Pro using 6.4.2 and syncing with Dropbox On iPhone XR and iPad Pro, am now unable to sync Enpass with Dropbox. I know the passwords for enpass and for dropbox, but each time I attempt to open iPhone/iPad, I'm advised the sync to dropbox requires master password. Have repeatedly tried to use the correct pw used on iMac without success. I have deleted the app from iPhone, reinstalled and it won't accept the passwords. The latest version freezes for a few seconds on startup. Whilst this is not a bug as such, it is slightly annoying

Hello, I just purchased an new iPhone Max Pro and restore my Enpass purchase. Under AutoFill Passwords, I have both Keychain and Enpass enabled. Whenever I try to use Enpass to autofill a password, it errors out with "Failed to receive information from the Enpass app." I have to resort to switching back and forth from the Enpass app to the login screen of the application. How do I love this app it’s so much like my old password manager e-wallet this is much better. Using IOS, under Apple ID, Apple has added a category call subscriptions. A nice place to view all your subscriptions and cancel if you want. in your groups sub titled categories, login credit card identity note … nice that you can toggle them on and off but I wanna change one or add one called Subscriptions. it would be so nice -new version? thank you for your time.

Hello. I use this app almost daily from my iPhone. Today when I go into it I'm limited to viewing/accessing only 20 items. Why is this? I've been using the app for years and have over 150 entries in it. I'm sure I purchased the "full" version years ago. If I click on the message that says only 20 items are accessible it tells me that I'm eligible for a free upgrade to Enpass Lite. What? If I choose "Already registered" and enter my email address I'm told that there is no account associated with that email address. What's going on? Help!!!
