  1. Anyone have any ideas at all here? I can't use this product that I've paid for until this gets resolved. I have no idea where else to look for assistance. Anyone?
  2. I just switched up from Dropbox sync to Box sync due to the stupid 3 device limit on Dropbox. I got switched over relatively seamlessly on all but one of my devices. I successfully synced with Box on my home PC (WIN 10 1903), my work PC (Ubuntu 18.04) and my phone (Galaxy S8). I'm trying to sync with Box on the Windows partition of my work laptop (the same device that's synced on the Ubuntu partition), but every single time I go through the sign-in process Enpass just crashes. There's hardly anything in the Event Viewer logs other than a warning about Enpass "Restart Manager - Application SID does not match Conductor SID", event ID 10010. Enpass version on this PC that's failing to sync is I've run a repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've uninstalled and manually scoured the registry looking for anything related to Enpass and deleted all Enpass related folders I could find before reinstalling. Nothing works. Please help! **EDIT** I'd also like to add that I've tried exporting a backup from my phone and importing it to the desktop app, but it tells me the master password is wrong every time. I also cannot even set it up as a new user. I get an error about "Vault location cannot be found change to default location". I click the "Change to Default" button and it takes me back to the main menu where I'm supposed to choose sync options. See attached screenshot.
  3. I wasn't aware of that option. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
  4. When I've got my laptop docked to a Hi DPI display I like to tile 4 windows onto the display with my browser in the bottom left quadrant of the screen. (think quadrant 3 on a graph) When I'm creating a new login, the Enpass plugin will automatically open and offer to save the login, as it should. The pop-up opens clear on the other side of monitor, in the upper right quadrant. (think quadrant 1 on a graph) This wouldn't be a very big deal if I didn't use Sloppy mouse/window focus religiously. As soon as I drag the mouse cursor out of my browser window to try and reach the Enpass pop-up, whatever my mouse is hovering over immediately steals focus and the Enpass dialog disappears with no way for me to get it back to save the login. This has caused me to have to reset passwords to freshly created accounts on multiple occasions since I have no idea what the password was that was generated. I'm on Feren OS (based on Ubuntu18.04/Linux Mint 19.1) with Cinnamon DE 4.0.10. Enpass version Is there a way to tell the Enpass plugin popup to prevent focus stealing? Thanks! 5. Having this issue as well. Just wanted to chime in. Here's a screenshot of my external display. This, coupled with the inability of the browser plugin pop-up to remain open while dragging my mouse across other windows when I have "window focus follows mouse" enabled on my Linux desktop is making 6.0.2 not a fun experience. I plan to open a separate thread about that though.
