  1. I guess one way to do this kind of easy would be exporting your entire vault and then searching in the created file for the affected entries.

Then you could either clear all current entries in your vault and import the corrected export file. Or manually open all entries (after finding them in the exported file) and correct them.

Not a nice way, but from my pov and knowledge the fastest/easiest.

  2. Could you not check for the last used / accessed file and determine from this? Otherwise I suggest, you keep the vault.enpassdbsync, as this is on my site the frequent used file.

Which files else do you have?

  3. Why should I say something along the lines of

we're aware of the problem, we need to make some changes, we plan to roll out a fix as soon as it's ready'

if I'm no way affiliated with Enpass. All I'm doing is pointing into the right direction.
Also I said the users solved their issue of not syncing, the underlying issue of course is not fixed by it.

And if you don't care about the cause, then why don't appreciate a fix for your current situation?

Ok Anakin, so not sure what you mean by that.

We should be notifying the Chromium people asking them to change their browser so it works with Enpass ?

    Still having this issue.

Maybe you should read about the changes between Mainfest v2 and v3 and what it means for every chromium based browser. Then you should read, how many browsers are based off of chromium. Maybe then you will understand, that developers sometimes need time to adjust to those dramatic extension changes.

Switching to Firefox does not 'solve the issue'. It's a work-around.

I could also 'solve the issue' by replacing my PC with a Macbook.

I personally just started using OneDrive to sync between my Windows and Apple devices as a work-around, but this is not a fix.

'Solving the issue' is making whatever changes are required so that Enpass is once again compatible with, and able to sync with, Icloud.

Of course, this is just my opinion...

Nobody ever said, its a solution. Get your head straight. You want it to work in the short term, use this fix, if you're not satisfied wait for the chromium fix. Whatever floats your boat. It was just a suggestion to get you up and running again, but even that seems too much energy spend for someone like you.

  6. Can you provide a example line of the formatted .csv file? Sounds like the file is not correctly configured.

Also please check coding (eg. UTF-8, ANSI, etc). Try not to open a .csv file with Excel, rather with Notepad or even better Notepad++.

If you could share the export options from Norton it would help aswell.

  7. Hi there,

this is no issue at all, try following this steps, they should work almost identical to what you need.

Also after you've done the backup, go into your vault and click disconnect. Afterwards if you click Connect you can choose a new location to sync to from your PC, therefore changing it's default Cloud Sync.

    Hope this helps.

I am having this same issue.

    1.  Cleared the cache and cookies of the browser.

    2.  Disabled Advanced Data protection.

    3.  Latest build of both OS and Chrome browser.

    4.  Tried with Windows firewall enabled and disabled.

Just use Firefox for now and it will work.

  9. Hold up - are you an longtime user of Enpass that had purchased the Pro Version before?

Or are you facing the problem, that you are just having the Trail version right now?

If you are an longtime user, the prompt to upgrade towards Premium is just an annoying and blatant ad from Enpass itself to get you to upgrade your licence. Nothing has to be done from your side.
