  1. Weirdly, I downloaded v5.6.11 and that imported totally fine. I then updated to the current version with no issues. Very strange.
  2. Will that "major update" also require another in-app purchase, for those of us feeling very burned for having bought a "lifetime" license and then having to buy again to get Touch ID support for Enpass 6?

I'm happy to post the entire error log, but it looks like the key info might be: Crashed Thread: 12 WorkerThread Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000 Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY What's weird is that I'm pretty anal about filing my SafeInCloud entries into various types (condo, crypto, etc.). Enpass would never import the entire database at once, so I started going one by one through each SafeInCloud "tag." The first 4 worked totally fine. And then the rest don't. Enpass gets as far as recognizing how many records are to be imported from the XML file, but when I click "Import," it crashes every time. Any suggestions on a fix?
  4. Nope, same issue as before unfortunately. 1300 entries in SiC, only pulls 600 into Enpass. Could it have something to do with different types of entries, similar to your rules about how to import a csv?
  5. I have about 1300 entries in my SafeInCloud. Exported to XML per Enpass guide, but when I imported in Enpass, only about 600 entries showed up. What's going on?
  6. I currently use SafeInCloud but have purchased the mobile apps for both that and Enpass. SiC can't unlock the browser extension with TouchID on my laptop. Before I purchase the new Enpass desktop app, can anyone confirm that its browser extensions can?
