I can confirm that it works again without having te reinstall anything. I'm glad that it is solved after two and a half long days. Luckely the portable version gave me access to my passwords.

The webversion does not work, not the same error as the 'Store version', just not syncing with Onedrive with a timeout error.
De portable version does work! (Downloads Enpass - Enpass at the end of the page.)

That is exactly Nigels point (and mine too). Enpass does not support UWP anymore, so how can the current UWP-Enpass app (5.5) use the new Enpass 6 database.
