Problem with files

and thank you for the time you will give to my request.
A few weeks ago. I'd import images into my pass account. (Identity documents, permits etc.)
the problem being that when I click on this attachment today.
It says "Untraceable attachment, to download the attachment please use the same cloud account you saved your data on."
I don't get it. I've been on the same cloud account since the beginning. And I haven't had a problem so far.
My attachment is not working from the smartphone? It's stupid because it was imported with it.
after if he did I'd add them again. Now if this problem is recurring I do not wish to continue.
