New Phone - Can't Access Data

We have new phones.  We downloaded the Enpass app on them.  We can't access the data we had entered into the app on our old phones.  Can anyone offer insight on this?  I don't remember if or where we might have indicated to back up data.

Welcome to the forum!

You couldn't access data on new phones as Enpass data is stored offline, not on any account. Do you have your old phones with you? You can establish cloud sync in Enpass and restore your data on the new phone with the same cloud account.
