February 24, 20206 yr I purchased premium a while back on my Android. I just switched to an iPhone and enpass is not recognizing my premium account when I registered my iPhone. Help!
February 25, 20206 yr Hi @mcohen342, Thanks for contacting us. First, make sure that you register your email on the Android device so that your purchase is linked with an email. Then, use the same email on the iOS device to restore purchase and all features. If you haven't registered, please follow the below steps: Open Enpass --> Click on ‘Settings’ --> Click on ‘Account/Trial user, Not registered (1st option of the settings)' ---> Enter the email account with which you purchased Enpass app and follow the instructions. If that doesn't help, please share the purchase receipt with us at support@enpass.io so that we can help you better. Thanks!
May 1, 20205 yr Hi, i have the same problem. I purchased enpass a while ago and cant use premium on ios. Only the lite version. They are no problems on Windows/Android with my Account.

May 4, 20205 yr Hey, thanks for the reply. I can´t restore my Purchase on iOS. I buy enpass on windows with a different email address. i cant find the purchase receipt. cant you see the purchase on my account?

I would like to share that when you purchase the Enpass license from any Store then the Store doesn't share with us the purchase receipt so we are unable to identify. However, you can refer to this link to locate the purchase receipt of Enpass and share it at support@enpass.io. Thanks.
