Registration not recognizing purchase

Thanks for contacting us.

First, make sure that you register your email on the Android device so that your purchase is linked with an email. Then, use the same email on the iOS device to restore purchase and all features. If you haven't registered, please follow the below steps:

  • Open Enpass --> Click on ‘Settings’ --> Click on ‘Account/Trial user, Not registered (1st option of the settings)' ---> Enter the email account with which you purchased Enpass app and follow the instructions.

If that doesn't help, please share the purchase receipt with us at support@enpass.io so that we can help you better.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I would like to share that when you purchase the Enpass license from any Store then the Store doesn't share with us the purchase receipt so we are unable to identify. However, you can refer to this link to locate the purchase receipt of Enpass and share it at support@enpass.io.
