We're aware of the problem and are already thinking of a fix to it. Meanwhile, we request you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the same forum post by our team members. If the issue persists, even after following the troubleshooting steps, we'll recommend reinstalling the app as a temporary fix to the problem. Thanks.
