Wonneproppen Posted August 28, 2020 Report Posted August 28, 2020 Enpass Desktop on Windows 10 has stopped syncing with OneDrive. Error message: Synchronization Error. Password for data on Onedrive necessary. I tried to re-enter the password --> no success, getting message pw is wrong logged out on onedrive via browser directly and logged in again with the password tried above --> success, so the pw is definitely right
Rick Garner Posted September 3, 2020 Report Posted September 3, 2020 Having same problem. I have tried disconnecting from OneDrive and then reconnecting, this doesn't work either
Pratyush Sharma Posted September 4, 2020 Report Posted September 4, 2020 Hi @Rick Garner, Welcome to the forums! Please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us.
Jym25 Posted October 22, 2020 Report Posted October 22, 2020 Hi, I meet the same issue, not possible to sync with onedrive on several devices : - Windows 10 app (hp zbook i7-9850H / 32Go / x64) / Enpass 6.5.2 (724) - Android WAS-TL10 8.0.0.371 (C636) (Huawei P10 lite) / Enpass 6.5.2.404 Other windows 10 computer... There is no code, it only says (translation French to English) : "sync error - Data password for Onedrive is required", and when I enter my microsoft account password it never works. The same with Enpass password. Thanks for support. Regards
Garima Singh Posted October 23, 2020 Report Posted October 23, 2020 Hey @Jym25 Welcome to the forum! We regret the inconvenience. Please follow the below steps to restore the sync: Take a manual backup of the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices that are synced with Onedrive. Remove the folders Enpass and Enpass1 on One-drive account. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check. If the issue persists, please let us know. Thanks!
Jym25 Posted October 31, 2020 Report Posted October 31, 2020 Hey @Garima Singh, Thank you for your support. The sync is back, your method was efficient. Thanks. 1
