I have tested the extension from your Download Section https://www.enpass.io/downloads/

If you download it for the edge browser you will send to this adresss.

It seems to be, the extension is to old. It does not work, the browser is not trusted if you want to enable the extension.

 

I downloadet the originial from the chrome store and this on works as it should.

The new Microsoft Edge is based on Chromium, so extensions designed for the old version of Microsoft Edge will not work with the new version.
