I encountered the same problem:

1. Enpass 6.5.2 (726)

2. In Enpass' settings the option for "Touch ID" is disabled with a comment below "Touch ID isn't enabled on this device.Learn more". The link isn't correct either, btw. (https://www.enpass.io/biometric-not-available/).

3. No other apps are showing problems with using the Touch bar on my MacBook Pro (16", 2019)

I am also experiencing the same problem. Same mac and software configuration. The problem occurred immediately upon updating with Big Sur. With Catalina it worked well.
